Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on yarnimals.in are made, shipped and delivered. Yarnimals is operated by Yarnimals (operated by Jamila Nagda Wala).

Where we ship

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment. You can check delivery to your pincode at checkout before paying.

Processing time

Every Yarnimal is crocheted by hand after you order it. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Custom or personalised orders may take longer; we will confirm the timeline with you before starting.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas can take a little longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays or events beyond our control.

Shipping charges

• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay (standard shipping is currently ₹80).
• Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more.
• All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Courier partners & tracking

Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners. Once your order is dispatched you will receive the courier name and tracking number, and you can check its status any time on our Track Order page using your order number and phone number.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available on most serviceable pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready, or pay by UPI to the delivery agent where offered.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated unavailability or a refused COD delivery, we will contact you; re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how we make it right.
