Handmade products

All products are handmade. Small variations in colour, size and finish are part of their charm and are not defects. Product photos are representative.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we'll contact you before proceeding. Online payments are processed by Razorpay.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once placed). We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Safety

Products with small parts such as safety eyes are not intended for children under 3 years. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
