Processing time

Every Yarnimal is handmade to order. Please allow 2–4 working days for us to make and dispatch your order. Custom orders may take longer — we'll confirm the timeline with you.

Shipping

• We ship across India through Shiprocket's courier partners.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more.
• You'll receive a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched. You can also check status on the Track Order page.

Returns

Because each piece is handmade to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused COD delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
